Of course. Your company's image is important to us, and having a good website is extremely important for the image of any business in these modern times. With more and more shopping being done online, it's good for sales, even if the customer still needs to call you or send an email to chat directly with a salesperson. For anything else, many people will do at least a quick Google search on your company as a way to verify its legitimacy. Still others will hopefully chance upon your company while searching for other things - it would be a mistake not to take some part in this inexpensive publicity.

They don't have to be. It used to be that a decent company website would cost between $10,000 and $50,000. That's just to design the site and let it sit there. Those costs have come way down, as there are more tools now available to designers to do things quickly and cheaply. It might surprise you that your office assistant likely makes more than many web designers. There really is no reason that your company can't have a web presence for less than $1,000, and a decent website for no more than $5,000. Here's a little secret - this website costs me about $60 a year to keep it going, and I've probably sunk less than 40 hours into creating it, total. Most of that time is spent writing stuff like this!

However, having the simple CMS platform means that we can easily train you or your employees to make simple updates to the website, add pictures, press releases, and so forth - on your own schedule.

Mostly, it concerns having a website with well organized content and a network of links between your site and others. If you want to have a social networking image in addition to your website, it's a good idea to at least register your business name on Twitter, and set up a basic Facebook page. How you use them to generate business will depend a lot on the type of business you are engaged in, and the experience of your current staff with using social networking as a marketing tool. Web advertisements are generally left to the big corporations - you likely won't benefit much from paying for individual advertisements on the web, but if you want to try it out, we'll be more than happy to show you how!
